You can de-activate the bracelet under the e-wallet page using the ‘Manage Bracelets’ feature. Nobody can use the bracelet when it is deactivated. If you find it, you can activate it again for your child to use it. In case you couldn’t find the bracelet, you can replace the bracelet with a new bracelet ID under ‘Replace Bracelet’
Yes, you can use the ‘Request Refund’ feature under the E-wallet page. However, the refund amount will be without the transaction fee paid when topping up. It will take 3-5 business days for the amount to be refunded into your account.
Student can only use the bracelet to pay at their school, they cannot use it outside of school to pay for anything.
Yes, you can add more students under the Home Page, using the ‘Add Member’ feature. All you have to do is select their school’s name, enter their details, and their bracelet ID. Then your child will be added as a new student under your control.
We want to benefit you as a guardian and your students, through healthy eating habits by limiting what they eat, and teaching them how to control and save their money from a young age. Our application will act as the key for you to check on your child’s safety at school.
Your child will have to scan their bracelet whenever they walk in and walk out of school. Through the mobile app, you will be notified when your child walks in and out of school. You can track their monthly attendance through the mobile app using the ‘Check ins’ feature on the home page.
Once you add the allergies under the ‘Family Members’ page, it won’t allow the salesperson at the school canteen to add any products that contain an allergy, hence the student cannot purchase the product.
Under the ‘Family Members’ page, you can view all the purchases that each student has made, what they purchased, and how much they paid. You will have a full overview of their spending at school.
