Account Deletion Request - Terms and Conditions

At Gen. APP, we respect your privacy and are committed to providing users with the ability to manage their accounts, including the right to request account deletion. This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding account deletion requests submitted through the app.
1. Request for Account Deletion
- Users may request the permanent deletion of their account by contacting our support team at admin@paywaykw.com.
- Upon submitting a deletion request, the account will be deactivated immediately, and users will lose access to their account and associated data.
2. Deletion Process
- Once a deletion request is received, we will process the request within 30 days.
- All personal data associated with the user’s account, including profile information, preferences, and usage data, will be permanently deleted from our servers. This includes data stored for in-app purchases, preferences, and any data linked to the account.
- Users should note that once the account is deleted, this action is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered once deleted.
3. Data Retention for Legal and Operational Purposes
- We may retain certain data for a limited time after the account deletion, as required to:
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records, tax, or fraud prevention).
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable law and protect against fraudulent activities.
4. Deletion of Linked Accounts and Subscriptions
- Any third-party accounts linked to the app, such as social media or Google Play accounts, may need to be disconnected manually by the user.
- Deleting the app or uninstalling it does not cancel any subscriptions. Users must manually cancel their active subscriptions through their Google Play account to avoid future charges.
5. Effect on In-App Purchases
- In-app purchases made prior to account deletion will not be refunded upon deletion.
- Deletion of the account will result in the loss of access to any purchased in-app content associated with the deleted account.
6. Consequences of Deletion
- Once an account deletion request is processed, users will lose access to all features, services, and in-app data associated with the account, including but not limited to:
- User profiles.
- In-app purchases and saved content.
- Preferences and settings.
- The account cannot be recovered or restored once deleted.
7. Request Withdrawal
- Users may withdraw their account deletion request within 14 days of submission. After this period, the deletion process is irreversible.
- If a user wishes to retain their account, they must contact our support team at admin@paywaykw.com. before the 14-day period ends.

9. Refund Policy
- Users who are eligible for a refund will receive the amount in their e-wallets within 3-5 business days from the account deletion request approval.
- The refund can then be transferred from the e-wallet to the user’s bank account of choice.
